1. ACCEPTANCE
By accessing Infinity Tic-Tac-Toe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please disconnect from the mainframe immediately.
2. FAIR PLAY
Cheating, using bots in ranked matches, or exploiting bugs to manipulate the leaderboard is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their accounts terminated and IP addresses banned.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must not impersonate other players or use offensive usernames.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The code, visual design, and "Infinity" mechanics are the property of Infinity Gaming. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the game without permission.
5. DISCLAIMER
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss or service interruptions during gameplay.
